Scholarship Requirements:

1. Applicant must be a citizen of a CARICOM Member State.

2. Applicant must be sixteen (16) years of age or older.

3. Must be a member of the Aeronautical Club of the West Indies. Join the Club here.

4. Demonstrate high academic performance (CSEC, CAPE, GPA, etc.).

5. Write an essay on why you would like to become a pilot and what influenced you towards this career choice, between 250 to 350 words.

6. Show strong leadership traits and a spirit of volunteerism and involvement (eg. Membership in an established youth club, involvement in a service club, voluntary community service, or school involvement).

7. Demonstrate the ability to maintain full-time student status during the length of the program.

8. Demonstrate the need for any financial assistance where applicable.

9. Three (3) recommendation letters, including but not limited to, Flight Instructor, Justice of The Peace, Principal, etc..
