Our Vision
The Aeronautical School of the West Indies (ASWI) is an institution committed to the development of technical experts in aviation within Jamaica and the Caribbean.
The ASWI is designed to enhance the development of the Aviation Industry in the Caribbean by producing highly trained Aviators that will improve the industry both locally and internationally.
Our programs are designed specifically for persons aiming to build a career in aviation.
Mission
Our mission is to introduce prospective students to Aviation, produce pilots and Aircraft Maintenance Technicians who are of a high standard and to exceed the requirements of the global Aviation Industry.
Objectives:
Invest in General Aviation in Jamaica with a goal to produce a more qualified workforce, better infrastructure, and more interest in Aviation from the youths.
Build an Aviation Industry that will benefit our stake-holders, owners, employees, and the Government of Jamaica.
